The story
Ronbus is the enthusiast's brand: it grew almost entirely by word of mouth on the strength of transparency about manufacturing, active participation in online communities, and pricing that consistently undercuts equivalent performance.
Dong Li's engineering focus has been on solving thermoforming's structural challenges rather than chasing raw power, which is what the patent-pending "Gen 3" process was built to address.

Worth knowing
Ronbus is known for handling certification openly and cooperatively; its Ripple V2 achieved full PBCoR .43 approval for the R1.14, R2.14 and R4.14 shapes. That transparency is a big part of the brand's reputation with enthusiasts.
