Pickle Paddle Reviews (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Catto Software Solutions LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Pickle Paddle Reviews (the “App”) you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to run the App:

Account information — your name, email address, and phone number, provided when you create an account or sign in (including via Google or Apple sign-in, or a phone one-time code).
Content you create — the paddle reviews, ratings, and comments you choose to post.
Account identifier — a user ID we assign to link your reviews and settings to your account.

We do not collect precise location, payment card numbers, health data, contacts, or advertising identifiers, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

How we use your information

To create and secure your account and sign you in.
To publish the reviews and ratings you submit, attributed to your name or account.
To send you account-related messages, such as a one-time verification code by SMS.
To operate, maintain, and improve the App.

We use your information only for the functionality of the App. We do not use it for third-party advertising or sell it.

How your information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the App, and only as needed to provide it:

Cloud hosting and database providers that store your data.
Authentication providers (e.g. Google, Apple) when you choose to sign in with them.
An SMS provider that delivers phone verification codes.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the App.

Public content: reviews and ratings you post are visible to other users alongside your display name. Do not include information in a review that you want to keep private.

Data retention

We keep your account information and content for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see below), after which we remove it except where we must retain it to comply with the law.

Your choices and rights

You can review and update your account information in the App.
You can delete reviews you have posted.
You can request that we delete your account and personal data by contacting us (see below).

Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App.
