Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Pickle Paddle Reviews (the “App”), operated by Catto Software Solutions LLC. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Who can use the App
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
User content and reviews
The App lets you post reviews, ratings, and comments (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it within the App.
When posting, you agree that your User Content will:
- Reflect your genuine, honest opinion and experience.
- Not be false, misleading, defamatory, or harassing.
- Not contain hateful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.
- Not infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Not include spam, advertising, or unlawful content.
Content moderation
We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. You can report a review, and we review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. We aim to act on credible reports promptly. We may remove any User Content at our discretion.
Reviews are opinions, not advice
Paddle reviews and ratings reflect the personal opinions of individual users. They are provided for informational purposes and are not professional, purchasing, or endorsement advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any review or product specification.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or these Terms.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the App.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Post automated, bulk, or fraudulent reviews.
Intellectual property
The App, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by Catto Software Solutions LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catto Software Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the App and its users.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
