End User License Agreement

License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in accordance with this EULA and the usage rules of the app store you downloaded it from. We keep all rights not expressly granted.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App and to post content. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the content you submit.

User content

The App lets you post reviews, ratings, comments, and other material (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for your User Content and for making sure it follows this EULA. You keep ownership of your User Content and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within the App.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users. To keep the community safe, you agree that you will not post, upload, or share User Content, and will not behave, in any of the following ways. “Objectionable content” includes content that:

• Is hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence or hatred against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Harasses, bullies, threatens, intimidates, stalks, or targets any individual, or incites others to do so.
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic, or sexualizes minors in any way.
• Is violent, gratuitously graphic, or depicts or encourages self-harm.
• Is defamatory, knowingly false, fraudulent, or deceptive, including fake or paid reviews and impersonation.
• Is unlawful, promotes illegal activity, or infringes anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Is spam, or contains unsolicited advertising, malware, or links intended to harm or deceive.

You also agree not to harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our staff through any App feature.

Reporting, blocking, and moderation

We act to keep objectionable content and abusive users off the App:

• Submissions are filtered for profanity, and comments are reviewed before they appear publicly.
• Every review and comment has a Report control so you can flag objectionable content for us to review.
• You can block another user so you no longer see their content, and you can manage blocked users from your account settings.
• We review credible reports and remove objectionable content, and we suspend or eject users who post it, typically within 24 hours.

Enforcement

We may remove any User Content and suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, without notice, for violating this EULA. Serious or repeated violations, including posting objectionable content or abusing other users, will result in permanent removal from the App. Removing content or ejecting a user does not limit any other remedy available to us.

Disclaimers and liability

The App and all User Content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. User Content reflects the opinions of individual users, not us, and we do not guarantee its accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catto Software Solutions LLC is not liable for User Content or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Additional terms are in our Terms of Service.

App store terms

This EULA is between you and Catto Software Solutions LLC only, not with Apple, Google, or any app store. That app store is not responsible for the App or its content. Your use must also follow the usage rules of the app store you downloaded the App from.

Changes to this EULA

We may update this EULA. When we make a material change, we will revise the “Effective” date and ask you to accept the updated EULA before you continue posting content. Your continued use after an update means you accept it.
